Your job

You are responsible for the purchase and disposition of third-party materials from service materials (mechanics, electronics, optics, catalog parts) in the 'Full Support' status to ''End of Guaranteed Support'

Be compiling statistics on demand analysis and supplier management using different supply chain methods

You can purchase the operating purchase and project purchase as part of the spare parts logistics

You independently develop measures and strategies to eliminate bottlenecks

You control the spare parts within projects of systems on and off in cooperation with the service product management

You control spare parts within the termination management to “End of Support”

You support the continuous optimization of processes

You have a successfully completed Bachelor/Master degree with the focus Logistics or BWL

You have an applied logistical and technical understanding and general knowledge in the spare parts industry

You have experience in purchasing and planning logistics processes as well as knowledge in project management

You have secure SAP user knowledge and good MS Office knowledge, in particular deepened knowledge in Excel

It distinguishes an independent and solution-oriented procedure

You have experience in managing parallel and diverse tasks and projects

You have experience in the moderation and control of different stakeholders to achieve goals and represent your position

You have fun working with diverse and cross-functional teams and serve as a team player

You have knowledge of English in word and writing
