Teamleiter (m/w/d) Service Elektro- und Leittechnik in der Region Gelsenkirchen

● Active implementation and further development of work, health and environmental protection measures and energy management within a technical plant network ● Designing and promoting a positive security culture in your own area of responsibility and in the entire team ● Acquisition of function as responsible electrical power for a larger technical unit ● Planning, organisation and monitoring of rebuilding, maintenance and maintenance measures in compliance with statutory regulations and technical standards ● Coordination of order processing in cooperation with internal areas and external service providers ● Requirement, control and control of external service providers in technical measures ● Conduct of fault analyses and derivation and implementation of optimization measures in the area of responsibility ● Ensure functional capability and compliance with statutory requirements for emission-relevant plant technology ● Support in creating medium-term budget and resource planning ● Participation in the creation and updating of operational rules, operating and process instructions ● Ensure the level of training and qualification of the associated employees ● Planning and organisation of personnel use and holiday periods to ensure smooth plant operation

● Complete study in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification ● Multiannual maintenance experience, especially in the field of electrical and control technology ● Funded knowledge in the fields of generators, motors, transformers, switching systems, frequency converters, protection technology and process control including associated field components ● Embossed awareness and exemplary behaviour in the field of occupational safety ● Extensive experience in handling SAP-PM / WCM and MS Office applications ● Takeover of readiness ● Good English knowledge of Word and Writing ● Ready for business trips
