What do you expect? You control modernization, rebuilding and maintenance measures at our locations and coordinate external maintenance, service and facility management service providers. From planning to tendering and awarding to cost control and acceptance, you will accompany our construction and rebuilding measures. As a central contact person, you coordinate architects, specialist planners, craft businesses and service providers and support colleagues in technical issues relating to building technology. You ensure compliance with statutory requirements, operator requirements and technical and safety-relevant standards. Sustainable and energy-efficient measures to optimize our buildings and technical facilities are actively implemented and accompany their monitoring. For a structured documentation of technical processes, you continuously develop the building documentation and actively contribute your own ideas to the further development of our sites.

What are you doing? A completed study or further education as a masterin or technicianin the field of construction, TGA, building, electrical or utility technology or a comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in construction management, project management or in technical building management Knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) Experience in managing service providers, specialist companies and external partners A sovereign appearance and joy in cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders Communication strength, empathy and diplomatic skill paired with the necessary enforcement strength A structured, conscientious and independent way of working Safe handling of MS Office as well as a class B driving licence
