Responsibility for quality-relevant processes along the supply chain – from specification to audit preparation Maintenance and further development of the quality management system according to standards such as IFS, Bio or MSC/ASC Examination and management of raw materials and packaging specifications and related documentation Accompanying internal and external audits and implementing resulting measures Close cooperation with specialist departments, suppliers and external partners to ensure quality requirements Participation in the assessment and documentation of quality-relevant risks (e.g. in the Food Fraud sector)

A completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on food technology, or a study of food technology, ecotrophology or a comparable qualification Professional experience in quality management or adjacent areas of the food industry Knowledge of common quality standards (IFS, HACCP, Bio, MSC/ASC etc.) of advantage Interest in quality-relevant, food and documentation-related topics Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team skills in a dynamic environment
