Professional and disciplinary leadership of the around 30 garden professionals and gardeners at the cemeteries, memorials and monuments in Germany Support for the gardening and operation managers in the most efficient and economical maintenance/maintenance of cemeteries and memorials according to the standards of the organisation Main contact partner for Germany for external cooperation with embassies, municipalities and conservation organisations, such as annual ceremonies Management of rehabilitation/maintenance projects Announcement and award of maintenance contracts to external companies to ensure the maintenance of cemeteries and memorials Ensuring compliance with security policies Support for senior management at the headquarters in Belgium for annual strategic personnel planning and project planning Assessment and reporting of KPIs to ensure cost-effective operation

Academic background (bachelor or master degree) in horticulture, green area management and/or another related technical area Comprehensive work experience in operation in the above areas Flexibility and readiness to travel in order to supervise activities, to get in touch with stakeholders and to ensure project implementation at several designated locations/ cemeteries/ memorials Strong communication skills in German and English Multidisciplinary engagement and experience in working with organizational policies, labour standards and practices IT knowledge with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
