We are looking to strengthen our team at the fastest possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) · You guide the Food and Beverage area of our house and go ahead with a positive example for the team so that our guests can experience a unique guest experience at any time Your main tasks: · You monitor and coordinate the daily operation of the Food & Beverage Outlets. · You develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction. · You are responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, training and leadership within the R&B team to ensure first-class service. · You regularly check service quality and guest feedback to identify and implement improvement potentials. · You take care of warehouse management and orders to ensure that all outlets always have sufficient stocks. · You work closely with other departments such as front office and event management to ensure seamless cooperation. · You are responsible for compliance with hygiene and safety standards in all R&B areas and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Your profile: · Proven experience in gastronomy with pronounced problem-solving competence. · Excellent leadership qualities with a practical approach and a working style, with a good example. · Very good knowledge of German and English · Commitment for exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. · Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations. · Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that requires excellence, time and energy. · Experience in handling IT systems on various platforms. · Embossed communication skills.
