We are looking for you as Technical Manager - Construction and Facility Management (m/w/d) in full time!

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Regional Manager Construction and the Regional Manager FM including the local FM team and the central back office Objective, management and control of regional managers; Ensuring uniform standards and processes across all regions Settings, dismissals and disciplinary action against directly subordinate employees in coordination with the Head of Service Assessment of employees with the currently applicable personnel instruments Leadership of development and assessment talks and promotion and development of potential providers Professional and disciplinary power to provide regional construction and FM leaders Control and management of complex construction projects (refurbishment, new construction, extension, refurbishment) via the associated regional manager Bau Consultation and support of the sites in all structural and FM and maintenance issues the creation, completion and support of framework contracts in the field of construction and technology; Optimization of central framework agreements in planning and execution Conduct contract management and cost control of centrally controlled measures, including external architects and specialist planners Responsibility of the annual total budget for construction and technical FM (budgeting and cost control); Participation in the annual economic plan Right of decision to implement repair measures within a fixed total budget per region Creation of key requirements for maintenance cycles and technical standards incl. Templates the implementation of the master data management and central support of the CAFM; Leadership of a Central Reporting in the Construction and Technical FM Controlling the creation of fire protection concepts or fire protection opinions, coordination with authorities and fire brigades accompaniment of official visits and danger prevention views; Development, introduction, coordination and monitoring of necessary measures Developing, coordinating and monitoring quality management audits Coordination and control of all internal and external stakeholders (planners, execution companies, experts, authorities) Detection and implementation of cost optimization and sustainability measures (energy saving potentials) across all locations Preparation of the decision and release of business in need of approval Support of over 100 clinics throughout Germany

completed engineering studies (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc. or B.Eng.) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Supply and Building technology (TGA), electrical engineering or a comparable engineering study programme Multiannual, detectable disciplinary leadership experience in managing several subordinate executives (e.g. regional directors) in a larger, multi-level organisation Long-standing relevant professional experience (i.e. at least 8 years) in project management construction and/or technical facility management, of which several years in senior function Found experience as contractor representatives as well as in planning, implementation and control of interdisciplinary construction and FM projects, ideally in the healthcare / clinic environment Safe handling of all relevant laws and regulations as well as tendering and settlement procedures (in particular VOB, HOAI) and knowledge of operator responsibility Extensive knowledge in real estate applications, CAFM, databases and Microsoft Office Personal requirements for the holder of the body Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, with very good analytical and conceptual skills Impressed leadership skills, enforcement and persuasive and collaborative skills Extensive sense of responsibility, reliability and independent working Loadability and problem-solving competence High readiness for nationwide travel activities to supervised locations and corporate headquarters driving licence class B
