As a Center of Expertise (CoE) within the Recruiting Center, we are responsible for the design and optimization of the recruiting processes, for the control of personnel service providers and for the collection of relevant recruiting key figures. Close cooperation with employers' marketing, HR-IT as well as external service providers and agencies shapes our varied daily routine.

What you do with us: You are in the middle: In the care of applicant data and the written correspondence with applicants:inside. You get involved: You work with company-internal interfaces. Your expertise is available: Your ideas for continuous process optimization are welcome and appreciated. You keep your colleague free: In the case of representation, you take control tasks such as the service plan creation and the prioritization of tasks.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You will be drawn by your independent, structured and result-oriented way of working. You are enrolled in a degree from the field of economics, business, social sciences or economic psychology, or you have already successfully completed your studies. Alternatively, you have a completed training in the commercial sector. Ideally, you have gained first practical experience in human resources or in general administration. Your good user knowledge in the common Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint complete your profile. In addition, you bring six months of time and enthusiasm for the topics listed above.
