The Planning & Budget department of the Regional Clinics Holding is responsible for the planning of stationary revenues for the business planning of the hospitals and carries out model calculations/calculations. It is responsible for the cost-benefit calculation according to the requirements of the Institute for the remuneration system in the hospital (InEK). In addition, the department conducts the pay negotiations according to KHEntgG and BPflV, the remuneration negotiations, for example for the Rehaklinik Mühlacker and supervises the training budget of the Regional Kliniken Holding.
