IT Systems Clerk - Internal Sales / B2B (m/f/d)

In the healthcare sector, we also support industry-specific applications such as hospital information systems, PACS systems and archive solutions with our own competence team. As a central contact person for our business customers, you analyze their needs and advise them on tailor-made IT solutions. Based on your advice, you will create individual offers with Microsoft Office and follow them actively until successful completion. You take over the procurement of hardware and software, communicate directly with manufacturers and suppliers and keeps the license management in mind. In close coordination with sales and technology, you coordinate the implementation of smaller IT projects and ensure smooth handling. You carefully evaluate all customer- and order-related data in our CRM and goods management system and ensure the basis for our success.

You have a completed training, e.g. as an IT system businessman (m/w/d), and brings at least three years of relevant professional experience. You combine commercial understanding with a high IT affinity and already have experience in dealing with CRM systems and coordinating smaller projects. In dealing with the Microsoft Office Suite, you are versed and safe to create offers and documentation professionally. A self-contained, structured way of working, communication strength and joy in direct customer contact are what distinguishes you. You speak fluently German (at least C1) and bring good English knowledge (at least B2) for smooth communication. Ideally, you have a class B licence.
