Project responsibility: You control your projects from order clarification, costing and budget planning to successful completion and keep in mind dates, quality and costs. Communication: You are a contact person for customers, authorities, experts and other project partners and ensure a reliable exchange. Coordination: You keep all project participants together, coordinate clients, entrepreneurs and colleagues for a smooth process. Calculation: You create calculations, plan budgets and have the economic implementation of your projects at any time. Organization: You coordinate project teams, document the individual project steps and ensure a structured project execution.

Education or studies: You have completed technical or commercial training or study, ideally in construction, in environmental engineering or a comparable subject. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in project management, construction management or project execution – ideally in pollutant remediation, environmental engineering or construction. Legal knowledge: You have basic knowledge in the BGB and in the VOB. Knowledge in [please supplement] is advantageous. Working methods: You work structured, economically and independently and keep track of several projects. MS Office: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is of course for you.
