As a Salesforce Administrator, you support our 400+ users in the daily use of our Salesforce processes based on Sales and Marketing Cloud In your role, you are responsible for the technical user support of the system. These include solving application questions, analyzing and troubleshooting error messages, creating reports or small trainings for users and key users. As part of the support, you work independently and perform corrections (e.g. for permissions, flows, lightning pages, etc.). The rest of the time you work on the further development of the system as part of our sprints Your responsibility lies in the optimization and further development of the support process You work closely in a cross-functional team based on Salesforce Consultants. Area stakeholders, as well as Product Owner and Scrum Master You have the opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally, through Salesforce certifications and participation in conferences A modern working environment, working according to Scrum, as well as a collegial and value-adding environment, is rounded off by current software such as Microsoft 365, Jira, JSM, Confluence, Miro and group-owned genAI tools

You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) informatics or comparable IT training You have fun dealing with users and a strong customer orientation You do not hesitate to work in interfaces, databases and more complex system landscapes You've already at least. 2 years of experience collected as Salesforce Administrator and rounded off by a Salesforce Administrator certification You are interested in best practices and current trends in the Salesforce world, e.g. in Agentforce You are characterized by a solution-oriented, structured and independent working method You have very good communication skills and a safe occurrence You bring team skills, a high level of empathy, a customer-oriented thinking and working methods, as well as a high level of learning with
