As a Legal Counsel (m/w/d) you support our international projects legally, create contracts and secure framework conditions for innovation – from day-to-day business to regulatory advice.

You support the specialist departments at various Nidec locations in all legal topics focusing on contract law. You examine, design and negotiate (mainly English-language) contracts, in particular in the fields of supply and service contracts, purchasing and framework contracts, and AGB in an international and dynamic environment. You create draft contracts and training materials on various legal topics. You ensure that Nidec complies with legal requirements and support the implementation of new laws. An important part of your task is the assessment and presentation of legal opportunities and risks to non-jurists.

You are a full lawyer or have many years of professional experience after your studies in business law. You have a background in the field of automotive or mechanical engineering. You have the ability to communicate legal and interdisciplinary matters to non-jurists in a comprehensible manner. You enjoy self-responsible, precise work in an international industrial company. You have an independent, proactive way of working, are safe and possess negotiating competence. You are a strong team player with “Hands-on-Mentality”. You have knowledge of English in a safe manner. You have fun on business trips in Germany and abroad in Europe.
