Consultancy, training and user training in the environment of the Microsoft-365-Communication-&-Collaboration Suite: Conception and implementation of the various training and training measures for the Microsoft-365 products in presence or remote Identification of optimization potentials, e.g. in digital collaboration, and support of the digital transformation processes for the Microsoft-365 Suite Analysis of the requirements of the departments and development of workflow-based processes based on Power Automate and other tools Administration and operational responsibility for implemented collaboration-&-communication solutions
