In your role as IT-Support Agent (m/w/d) for logistics systems, you are the first point of contact for our customers with technical and technical questions concerning warehouse management and ERP systems. Their focus is on proactive and solution-oriented support in the use of our logistics-related IT systems – not in classic infrastructure support, but in the functional application environment of LVS.

As an IT-Support Agent (m/w/d), you take over the following tasks:

• Analysis, processing and solution of support requests in the field of warehouse management systems (2nd level)

• Support our customers in the application and optimization of their logistical processes in the system

• Working with the standardization and further development of support processes in the field of logistics IT

• Documentation of solutions, preparation of practical instructions and maintenance of a knowledge database
