Your tasks

• Together with your teammates, you are looking for a well maintained branch and a completely successful shopping experience for our customers
• Whether in the clearing and appealing presentation of the goods, baking or cashing with our modern cash register systems (partly self-check-out cash): you pack in and are in full use
• You support the branch manager in his tasks by conducting layers, coordinating the task distribution and taking care of the implementation of our branch concepts
• You also take stock, cleaning and inventory work

Your profile

• Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with ideally first leadership experience e.g. in the layer line
• Team player with high responsibility and fun to inspire and motivate others
• Fast and efficient operation
• Reliability and willingness to work in flexible layer models in consultation with the leadership
