Application support in the field of our KM products with a focus on technical coordination Coordination of update recordings in test and production environments Control of modules in the field products with focus on batch and message processing Control and monitoring of automatic processes and their optimization Quality assurance of programmes and procedures Support in the processes Release and Deployment, Service Validation and Testing, Change Management, eDAM and DevSecOps Requirements management and quality assurance of programs and processes Cooperation in projects in the further development of our products Optimization and expansion of existing solutions and implementation of IT concepts

Studies on Business Informatics and Bachelor of Science or comparable training Ideal knowledge of public administration They have technical understanding and very good IT skills They like to work in the team and are characterized by flexibility, initiative, reliability and loadability Conceptual, systematic and customer-oriented work in the team corresponds to your own understanding
