Marketing Manager Performance & Automation (m/f/d)

At Krannich, marketing primarily means the global strategic, operational and communicative support of our sales services. In this key role you are an architect of our digital customer journey. You manage HubSpot not only, you use it as a motor to guide leads more efficiently through the Funnel and make our global marketing activities measurable. Your duties include: Strategic responsibility for HubSpot: Global control and further development of our HubSpot Marketing Hub as a central nervous system for our growth. Full-Funnel optimization: analysis and improvement of conversion rates – from lead generation to sales-ready management. Global Enablement & Consulting: Strategic advice and empowerment of our international subsidiaries in the implementation of powerful campaigns and automated processes. Data-based growth control: building and maintaining global reporting dashboards (KPI cockpits) and ensuring a clean flow of data between ERP systems (CRM) and marketing tools. Performance Partnership: Close cooperation with stakeholders for SEA, content, campaigns and event to sharpen target segments and scale personalized campaigns.
