Senior Product Manager * Special Agreement on Private Protection (m/f/d)

Development of classic and innovative insurance products as well as updates of existing products in private protection (safety, liability, accident) – from idea to introduction and beyond Start-up, evaluation, implementation and controlling of special agreements and functional breakdowns in the ECO-related business, incl. Underwriting for these partners Analysis of market and competitive situation, price and profitability monitoring Continuous control and introduction of appropriate (remediation) measures to ensure the cost-effectiveness of the product portfolio Support for sales & marketing in product content and sales documents Support for defined key partners in private protection, incl. functional breakdowns Participation in the creation of IT specifications for the products Cooperation in and management of projects, e.g. strategic product planning, tariff development etc.

Complete economic studies, degree to the specialist in insurance and finance, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the development and control of insurance products In-depth knowledge of SHU-Private Insurance Products incl. Tariff, Contract and Conditional Works as well as Insurance Law and Sparten-KPIs Legal and market-related knowledge in the field of functional breakdowns Know-how on technical sales connections (e.g. web services, MVPs, BiPRO) Experience in project management, ideally with modern methods such as Kanban or Agile Communication and presentation strength combined with experience in cooperation with sales, marketing and external partners And last but not least: a good portion of initiative, team spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
