After successful integration, you will take over the following tasks as part of the trainee program: They support the service and deployment planning of our driving personnel They take care of staff communication and support You are responsible for monitoring operations They support process optimization in day-to-day business After completing the one-year trainee program, you will be responsible for the following tasks: You take over strategic personnel and resource planning They are responsible for budget and cost You decide on operational measures and processes They conduct negotiations with stakeholders and represent the company

They have completed their studies in one of the following fields: transport and transport management; Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with focus on transport or logistics or the like They have first expertise in transport and bus operations and ideally in project management You speak fluent German and have good English skills You are ready for occasional service trips in the Frankfurt area You are a communicative team playerin with analytical performance-oriented skills

Programme duration: 12 months.
