We are looking for reinforcements in the field of antitrust law of the OBI Group's Group's Corporate Law Department. ie Group Legal Division of the OBI Group manages and manages, in close cooperation with the business units, the commercial and legally targeted design and practice of antitrust within the OBI Group, including the strategic development of this area.

You are responsible for the comprehensive legal accompaniment of the OBI Group’s strategic area of antitrust, including Strategic projects (e.g. expansions of the franchise system in Germany and abroad, M&A projects, digital platform) Legal control of the international activities of the OBI Group (in cooperation with local teams abroad) Examination and monitoring of all business concepts and systems with regard to antitrust compliance Examination of contracts with regard to antitrust compliance Conception and implementation of training Control of external firms Monitoring, evaluation and implementation of legal developments Support for business partners in all antitrust issues and ongoing compliance

You are a full lawyer:in and ideally have at least three years of professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company focusing on antitrust law You are a team player and have fun in bringing you into a very collegial legal department that is characterized by professional exchange and in advance OBI You think commercially and strategically, understand yourself as a business partner for the relevant business areas You have very good analytical and communicative skills You draw your attention through an independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working You are interested in modern work tools in Legal, Tech and AI Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
