Security by Design & Consulting: Active consulting of the departments for the safe design of business processes and understandable translation of cyber risks in business-oriented solutions Security concepts: independent development, coordination and further development of holistic security architectures together with IT and business stakeholders Cyber Defense & Service Development: Active participation and strengthening of the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) by planning, implementing and optimising modern IT Security Services Vulnerability & Risk Management: Control of Vulnerability Management with Clear, Risk-Based and Business Priority Incident Management: Coordination and monitoring of security incidents in close cooperation with the management SOC and external partners Governance, Interfaces & Compliance: Perception of the central interface function between IT Operations, CDC and CISO Office and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST CSF)

Multiannual professional experience in IT security with focus on security engineering or technical consulting Knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and experience with modern security stacks (e.g. SIEM, IAM, Cloud Security) Experience in technical implementation and operational introduction of security solutions including Service Transition High autonomy, proactivity and intrinsic motivation in identifying and implementing improvements Ability to translate technical complexity into business added value Sovereign, target-group-oriented communication of complex cyber topics to different stakeholders
