The Dortmund Directorate is looking for one/one for the Facility Management Bonn division at the workplace of Bonn at the next possible time: Construction Manager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: DOFB2182, Stellen‐ID 1305805) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the sale of real estate, as well as the forestry and nature-protection services of the property. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Construction management in cooperation with the commercial and technical property management of the federal government as well as the local staff of the external landlord in commercial properties, in particular: Planning of construction maintenance and investment measures in coordination with measures of the external landlord, creation of performance directories, project control, detection and evaluation of construction conditions Monitoring the execution and acceptance of construction measures (including design, dates, costs, qualities) Supporting measures from the building perspective (including accessibility, building energy efficiency, sustainability in the building stock including life cycle-oriented building operation) Quality management, in particular control of all parties involved in the construction with the implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and advice of users on savings potentials and cost optimization
