Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small production team Systematic development of the department in relation to employees, processes and costs Responsible planning to ensure a smooth production process Ensure compliance with deadline and quality requirements, taking into account applicable safety and safety guidelines Initiation and implementation of improvement measures and projects Work according to technical drawings and work plans Conversion and installation of CNC milling machines Testing and measurement of components and careful documentation of results Continuous analysis of quality and productivity indicators and derivation and implementation of appropriate optimization measures
