You will ensure house technology and building operation by taking on maintenance, cleaning and minor repair work independently and thus contributing to the functioning, safety and maintenance of our buildings and facilities You professionally coordinate external service providers, maintain them on site, accompany their operations and ensure compliance with quality, processes and standards through regular checks You can reliably support transport logistics by taking on trips in the factory traffic and ensuring a smooth and timely distribution of operationally relevant materials and documents You keep our pool vehicles ready for use by taking care of their care and ensuring that You are always clean, well maintained and ready for use You are involved in the management of the company by supporting various organizational and administrative tasks and contributing to a smooth run in the daily business

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in your learned profession and bring well-founded practical experience in home technology as well as performing maintenance, maintenance and minor repair work You have completed craft training You keep your knowledge up-to-date in your professional field and are interested in technical developments and modern working methods You have a valid driving licence of class C1 or 3 and can at best present the modules under the Professional Driver Qualification Act You use smartphone and MS Office securely and are familiar with the input and processing of documents and forms You have a safe handling of the German language in word and writing
