successfully completed master test (heating/climate/sanitary or electrical engineering) or Training as a state-tested technician, completed studies (TU, FH, BA) with the orientation civil engineering, art-related technical profile sound knowledge in the areas of housing, modernization and maintenance Knowledge in building planning and construction regulations and construction monitoring Application-related computer and PC identifiers Valid passenger car licence
