For our company headquarters, we are looking for a Head of Unit Personnel Principle Tasks (m/w/d) in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) as part of a job sharing agenda.

Together with your job sharing partner, you carry out basic tasks with 7 people. You support personal decisions, contract changes and other labour law issues in the headquarters of the Evangelical Heimstiftung. As an employee representative for our headquarters, you create a trusted and constructive cooperation. You advise managers and institutions on labour, tariff, wage and social insurance issues. In your area of responsibility are also the topics of occupational safety, health protection, occupational integration management and nursing training. You participate in the further development of modern HR processes and actively introduce future topics such as digitalization and AI. You work open, partnership and reliable with your tandem partner as well as the facilities and central areas.

Complete business, legal or social studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in personal counselling, ideally as a personnel consultant, HR Business Partner or in a comparable function with leadership experience Funded and application-proof knowledge in labour, collective and social security law, ideally also in employee representation law Knowledge in the area of health management, occupational safety and occupational integration management are advantageous You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations You communicate clearly, bindingly and addressably with different target groups You are open to new developments in personnel work and drive changes with pragmatism and vision
