Expert in construction project management and project assurance (m/f/d)

You analyse submitted planning and implementation documents for construction projects in terms of their feasibility, potential risks, time planning and cost structure On the basis of economic indicators, you evaluate construction projects from a company perspective and derive sound recommendations on investment decision You support the creation, analysis and preparation of decision-making templates for the structural measures in the BLB NRW portfolio You accompany the cross-border coordination and control of processes and actively promote the coordination and cooperation between different disciplines You take over the organisational preparation and content of committee meetings, including logging and follow-up of decisions and measures to ensure implementation

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate economics or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You have been able to gain at least two years of professional experience in the construction or real estate sector and have a profound knowledge of the relevant building regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) as well as extensive experience in assessing construction projects, in particular in cost calculation and risk assessment, with Your structured and proactive way of working, as well as the ability to quickly capture and critically evaluate complex relationships in building documents, are characterized Team skills, a sovereign and solution-oriented appearance and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation are of course for you You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have experiences in dealing with the most common Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and ideally bring knowledge into further analysis or planning programs with

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
