Warehouse Management System and Intralogistics Specialist (m/f/d)

As a specialist warehouse management system and intralogistics (m/w/d) at the Freiburg site, you are part of the local digital/food automation team. You take over tasks from the field of location-wide intralogistics and associated automation. You support colleagues in the operation and continuous improvement of the warehouse management and material flow system. You work closely with logistics, production, technology, and global digital-food automation teams. Support of the warehouse management system (LVS) and the associated infrastructure Support and analysis of system interfaces from automation to global ERP and MES systems Contact person for global LVS systems projects Creation and updating of the roadmap for the LVS system at the location Freiburg Local administration of the LVS system to ensure its validated and GMP-compliant state Creation and maintenance of system documentation, e.g. SOPs, specifications and change documentation Coordination of system upgrades Testing and validation of system updates Ensuring system availability Maintenance of the system availability and escalation at standstills with local and global support teams Business Intelligence and Optimization Supporting the areas of expertise through ad hoc data queries in the daily business Creation of data queries and analyses of historical and current data of the LVS system Creation of dashboards and reports for intralogistics on different platforms Bringing together technical requirements and business processes within the framework of system adjustments and improvements in close cooperation with the specialist departments

Take this with you: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or comparable enthusiasm for technical questions and pleasure in working with the computer Team spirit and communication strength Very good German and good English skills Structured, careful and independent operation Openness for new things and changes and joy in moving things Advantage: Basic knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and C# as well as knowledge of SAP WM / SAP EWM or comparable software solutions in the field of logistics and storage
