What do you expect? You lead a team of consultants in private customer business and help your employees develop their potential as best as possible. Together with your team, you will develop the advice of our private customers on a future-oriented basis. You actively accompany change processes, convey orientation and create enthusiasm for new ways and ideas. Strategic thinking and a look at changed customer behavior help Get the right impulses for your consulting center. Trustful cooperation at eye level as well as an open communication culture are at your heart. Through your ideas and initiative, you actively shape processes, cooperation and further developments.

What are you doing? You have a completed bank training or a completed degree in the area of BWL or VWL with a focus on finance, leadership experience would be beneficial. You have experiences in the holistic consulting of private customers and have a consultant qualification according to WpHG. As a sales-strong personality, you organize the day-to-day business of our private customers with your team and bear the responsibility for the results, personnel and risk for your location. Your experience of service and service excellence forms the basis for customer satisfaction and loyalty With your team, you are consistently drawing up the inventory of our customers, creating new customer acquisitions and strengthening the market position of your location. You have experiences in the holistic consulting of private customers and have a consultant qualification according to WpHG. You support and accompany the development of your employees to achieve demanding sales goals. Leadership experience would be beneficial. With clarity, sense of responsibility and persuasiveness, you create orientation and trust. Your openness to changes and a modern understanding of collaboration complete your profile.
