Center manager at the Plasma Donor Center Offenbach - with venipuncture authorization - for 40 hours per week (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the operation of the plasma donation center including the organization of all daily processes Ensuring the planned plasma production levels while maintaining economic and qualitative specifications Professional and disciplinary leadership of the centre team as well as personnel deployment planning and employee development Promoting a positive team culture and ensuring a motivating working environment Ensuring high donor satisfaction through professional care and service-oriented processes Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. pharmaceutical law, quality guidelines) Analysis and control of relevant key figures for the continuous improvement of processes and donor experience Processing of deviations, complaints and special events in cooperation with quality assurance Responsibility for infrastructure, medical devices and technical equipment incl. Maintenance and testing coordination Control of materials management, stocks and procurement processes

Successfully completed training in medical or health care (e.g. health and nursing) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leadership position, ideally in healthcare or in a regulated environment Outstanding leadership and organisational competence as well as experience in the motivation and development of teams High responsiveness, decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, solution-oriented operation and safe handling of administrative processes Experience in handling quality management, deviation management or regulatory requirements of advantage Technical understanding in handling medical devices and infrastructure Experience with warehouse management, material management or procurement processes desirable Communication strength and sovereign appearance towards employees, donors: internal and external partners Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
