As Enterprise Agile Coach:in ista, you can either support a large shoot or several smaller shoots and take a strategic role in promoting the business agility transformation of ista.

You work within our Spotify-inspired model and coach on the Tribe, Chapter and Squad level – with a special focus on the further development of agile maturity, delivery orientation and Servant Leadership. We are looking for someone who can safely exchange with top-level executives and is ready to face squad-specific challenges. Someone who acts as mentor:in for other coaches, takes responsibility for business-wide topics on agile maturity and sees himself as a model for agile thinking and acting throughout the organization. You support a large shoot (≥75 employees:inside) or several smaller shoots regarding agile maturity and delivery orientation You coach Tribe Leads, Chapter Leads, Product Owner:inside and Scrum Master:in Servant Leadership and Adjusted Autonomy You support other coaches as mentor:in and support the internal Agile community You are responsible for a topic of agile ripening at ista and promotes its continuous development You support the use of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to link strategic priorities to implementation at team level You promote transparency and data-based insights, e.g. through flow metrics You create a learning culture by promoting psychological security, growth mindset and regular feedback

You can earn at least 3 years of professional experience in agile environments You bring at least 2 years of experience in complex or business-wide settings (e.g. several teams or large-scale shoots) You have proven to have experience in coaching both squads (cross-functional teams) and executives You have excellent skills in moderation, presentation and communication (focus: teams, executives, executive stakeholders) You are a solid personality, pragmatic and passionate about making better organizations You speak English fluently and have German knowledge on at least B2 level (or actively working on reaching this level) Complete Agile Coaching certifications are advantageous (e.g. IC Agile, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org) For this position, occasional travel activities are necessary as part of the cooperation with teams and tribes
