We work closely with the management and departments to develop groundbreaking solutions. Change and responsibility from the first day! In this position, you support our managers, collaborate with the most diverse departments on exciting projects and get to know our entire structure while working on developing innovative solutions. With the help of the conceptual development and implementation of various issues (e.g. process and cost optimization, optimization of business and operating models or IT-modernisation), you also have to do your job. A high-quality coaching supports you in your individual development. You not only experience the world of in-house consulting, but also an exciting mix of IT companies and financial service providers. With your creative impulses, you actively contribute to our projects and drive your work packages forward.

You can demonstrate above-average performance in your studies, e.g. in economics, business informatics or an MINT (mathematics, informatics, natural sciences and technology/engineering).
