Identify and win talents: You take over the screening of CVs and are contact person:in for candidate:inside to successful setting Active Search: You’re researching suitable candidate: in our database as well as on career and business platforms, you’re directing talents and enthusing them for career opportunities at FERCHAU Conduct interviews and support selection decisions: You independently conduct phone, virtual and personal interviews and evaluate qualifications and potentials Making Recruiting visible: You support university trade fairs, recruiting events and employer branding measures, and you also see social media activities and other personal marketing activities with

Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification First experience in recruiting or active sourcing, for example through internships, student work or a first job Interest in current recruiting trends and modern search strategies Communication strength, self-initiative and joy in actively addressing people You have the 'Hunter gene' in you - through your communicative and open way you inspire others Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
