As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with the department lead, drive key projects, and contribute to crucial technical decisions. Your responsibilities include: Driving system design efforts, cross managing team projects, and contributing to department OKR planning. Supporting developers in their personal growth and guarantee a productive work environment by removing obstacles to efficiency. Establishing processes to attract, develop, and retain top talents while fostering a culture of trust through knowledge sharing and effective communication. Supporting recruiting processes to strengthen and grow the team.

You have a strong understanding of programming languages, software principles, and agile development processes. Quality is second nature to you - whether through automated testing or manual testing approaches. With a solid grasp of system architecture, you know how to plan and document it effectively. Your decisions are always data-driven, helping you navigate complexity with confidence. Fluency in both English and German allows you to communicate seamlessly across teams. Tackling the unique challenges of SaaS development is something you approach strategically and with experience.
