For our location in Frankfurt (Raum Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland), we are looking for support in the development of complex large-scale projects in the field of special construction through a:n project manager:in (m/w/d). The following tasks include this position: Responsible handling of complex special-depth measures Monitoring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and safety, economic and qualitative requirements Staff management and coordination of construction managers:inside, polishing:inside and professional staff Cost-optimal and timely procurement of the required equipment, machinery and materials in compliance with the corporate guidelines Communication and negotiations with contracting entities and specialist planners on construction implementation, changes, extensions of the construction contract and supplementary services Management of procurement and coordination and handling of suppliers and subcontractors Creating performance reports and preparing documents for project analysis and forecasting Control of billing and execution of acceptances Regular information and coordination with the superstructure or Area management in all essential technical and personal tasks or Problems
