Your New Task As assistance, you support people with a high level of support – especially in the pre-lingual area – in their everyday life and especially in the night. Your tasks include: Individual assistance at night: support in life-structural tasks mediation of peace, continuity and security Support in basic care taking into account dignity and individuality Educational assistance and relationship design to create a secure framework for development Promoting participation, empowerment and inclusion for social equality

Your profile Complete training as a nurse or educator or comparable qualification Embossed empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people with severe impairment High personal suitability and motivation to work with complex support needs Teamability, tolerance, ownership and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Safe feel for proximity and distance as well as professional role understanding Good IT skills, especially MS 365, as well as experience with documentation software German language C1 driving licence class B Also desirable are: Knowledge of current developments in integration aid, in particular in the context of the BTHG (Bundesteilhabungsgesetz) The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
