Your post: You are responsible for the remote support of our datawarehouse solution eisTIK at our customers in the German-speaking countries. You ensure smooth system operation by working closely with a team of specialists. You process enquiries and disturbances in the 1st and 2nd level support and make sure that our customers receive the support You need. You enter customer projects in the installation, implementation of updates and other technical requirements to ensure that the solutions are optimally integrated into the existing system landscape. You actively contribute to the further development of our service quality and continuously work on the optimization of internal processes.
