You are responsible for the preparation and execution of the monthly pay bill for our German companies. You manage our time management systems and ensure that working hours, absences and supplements are correctly recorded and processed. You are responsible for reporting and certification as well as communication with health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions. You take care of the travel cost billing – from the exam to the payout. You are a contact person for employees and executives in all billing-related questions – whether by email, telephone or in direct conversation. You support our HR systems in 1st level support and help employees and executives handle digital tools. You contribute to the further development and support of our HR system components – whether for updates, roll-outs or new processes.

You have a completed commercial training, a successfully completed study or comparable qualifications. You have several years of experience in wage and salary billing and you know what to do with a correct billing. You understand the time economy and travel cost accounting or the motivation to work quickly. You are a pay- and system-affin and have a good sense for people and processes. You want to take responsibility, develop yourself and drive things actively.
