Responsibility: You take over the management and further expansion of the Accounting, Tax & Finance business unit and report directly to the Finance Management Board Next Level: You develop the financial sector strategically, professionally and organizationally – whether through clear orientation, digitalization or strengthening the human factor Strategy & Analytics: Your daily action consistently aligns with the long-term corporate goals and penetrates complex (scientific) issues with an analytical view from above Figures, data, facts: Together with your teams, you can create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, provide management levels with relevant financial indicators and create a reliable basis for decision making Stakeholder management: You agree closely with internal and external stakeholders, bring in the perspective of the financial sector and find sustainable, common solutions Processes & Projects: Optimizing business processes as well as digitalization initiatives drive you forward actively

Experience that speaks: You have a degree as a tax advisor and have collected several years of professional experience in the audit. Ideally, you will also bring experience in a leading role in finance, for example as a commercial management or finance director/CFO in a medium-sized company. Expertise: Through your career, you have a well-founded knowledge in the areas of financial statements, tax and company law and are familiar with derivative financial instruments and their accounting Leadership: You lead executives at eye level, accompany changes as a reliable Sparring partner as well as motivators and understand how to take people, empower them and strengthen them in their long-term development Stakeholder management: You move sovereignly in a company with many different stakeholders; Your communication strength and your safe occurrence help you Fine grinding: If you are also rooted in the Hanover region, ideally bring experience in digitization and have an extensive network of expert experts, you will fit us perfectly
