The and very dedicated team provides assistance for 13 clients with different cognitive, physical and psychological impairments. The content of assistance depends on the client's will and includes support in a variety of everyday practice activities. Your duties

• They support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene)
• They provide assistance in a variety of intra-husband activities, e.g. support in the household and preparation of meals
• They support clients in the planning of leisure activities, including family, friends and acquaintances, as well as social services
• You write social and progress reports and work together with clients on individually agreed objectives in the context of individual assistance planning
• Together with clients, you explore the will and support the development of an individual perspective for the future
• They support contact with relatives, legal supervisors inside, doctor inside, therapist *inside and other specialist staff
• They document their activities in the context of this documentation

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a curator in, educator in, or have a comparable qualification with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX)
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities
• Estimation and sensitivity for the needs of the client *inside Open and clear communication
• Structured, independent and self-reflected working
• High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design
• Interest in continuous, professional training and further development
• Ready for reliable occupation of on average 2 night readiness per week
