You work together in the team to realize our demanding construction projects You organize, guide and optimierst construction, planning and construction processes You coordinate the tendering, negotiation and award of partial services You shape contract management with after-contracting & supplier:inside You are responsible for the technical, economic and timely execution of the construction projects You have personal handling of customers: You are first:r Contact:in the construction site You are responsible for the audit

Completed studies in civil engineering, construction management (Bachelor or Master) or comparable professional experience Good computer skills Flexible operation Embossed team and communication capability, reliability and high load capacity Very good numerical understanding and safe handling of money Customer orientation, strength of arguments and convictions and enthusiasm Joy in dealing with people Basic knowledge of building law Structured thinking Self-responsive work and team spirit Ideally the first professional experience in the building management
