Your tasks

• Advising our departments (including top management) on economic issues in the area of IT and digitization (in particular cloud, IT services, AI, software development, cyber security, media)
• Creation and testing of contract works, AGB and terms of use in the IT legal context
• Contract negotiations with service providers as well as customers of the private and public sector
• Monitoring and implementation of legislative developments (e.g. Data Act, AI Act, DSA)
• Leadership of external lawyers used to support

Your profile

• Stateamina completed with convincing results
• Ideally, first professional experience in an economic law firm or corporate law department, in particular in IT law, media law, commercial and sales law as well as in national and international contract law
• Ability to easily and convincingly present complex legal issues
• Open and convincing personality
• Good English skills
