You identify and implement relevant innovation projects, develop 3D product development concepts and implement structured return analysis systems to derive countermeasures
You have well-founded experience in technical product development, ideally also with larger design sizes and fashion expertise from the clothing technology industry You bring multi-year leadership experience in the professional and disciplinary management of product development teams and have experience in the motivation and binding of employees You have knowledge of cutting technology and quality standards and have experience with digital product development tools and modern development methods You have strong skills in change management and experience in managing optimization and digitization projects in product development You control IT systems securely, especially MS Office, PDM and SCM systems, as well as modern goods management and planning tools You speak German and English fluently and have strong communication skills combined with negotiation skills for effective cooperation with interfaces at all levels
