Maintaining the outstanding positions of our brands through comprehensive safeguarding and defence activities, in particular the supervision of brand procedures before the national and international brand offices and civil courts The long-term safeguarding of corporate IP assets through continuous implementation and development of protection strategies Supporting our competitiveness in the market through independent and comprehensive legal advice and support of national/international commercial teams in the fields of competition law, sales law and food law Ensuring our innovative power by supporting the legal conception of new products, product and advertising statements as well as advertising campaigns across all media nationally and internationally Establishing sustainable transparency and efficiency through adequate preparation and implementation of contractual standards for operational national and international business units in the above areas

Master's degree in Business Law or Legal Studies with First and Second State Exams – Predicated At least 3 years of professional experience in an internationally active company in the FMCG/food industry or in an internationally active business law firm Legal knowledge in the fields of industrial property, in particular trademark law, competition law, food law, distribution law and general economic law German and English language skills Pragmatic and proactive action Own initiative, high readiness and self-responsibility
