ensuring and monitoring the technical and infrastructural building management of the Shopping Center; in particular in accordance with applicable technical guidelines and laws Procurement, coordination and control of external structures (including cleaning, safety, domestic engineering) Optimization and implementation of new developments in technical building management Maintenance and maintenance of property under economic and environmental considerations Responsibility for budget creation and maintenance for maintenance and investment measures Implementation of Group-wide safety standards Competent contact person (m/w/d) for tenants, authorities and foreign companies

A completed study of engineering in facility management, building technology or a comparable qualification, e.g. a completed vocational training as an electronic technician Professional experience in facility management, building management, building technology in object management Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured way of working Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the will to optimize processes Wide experience in budget creation and budget management (Opex/Capex) Impressive understanding and interest in sustainability Good MS Office knowledge Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
