As Junior Project Manager:in (w/m/d) turnkey construction, you will participate in diverse and exciting projects for the public sector and the private sector. In our motivated, interdisciplinary team, you take responsibility from the outset, bring your ideas and develop professionally and personally. Strong support for exciting and varied construction projects in turnkey construction – together with your project manager You are the project development strategy Participation and support in consulting projects in procurement and procurement management Working with the creation of functional performance descriptions for building measures – from small to large, from simple to demanding Organizing and accompanying procurement procedures for public and private contractors Participation in the preparation and implementation of negotiations with builders and general contractors Support for contract, cost and time controlling in the construction design – including change and follow-up management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or comparable qualification First professional experience in the context of alternative project execution forms and contract models (general contractors/total contractors) or in project management of construction projects of advantage, also in the form of internships or student work activities First knowledge in handling the necessary rules (HOAI, VOB, LBO, etc.) Quick conception, analytical and networked thinking Embossed team spirit – you like to work hand in hand with colleagues, exchange knowledge and contribute to a positive, supportive working atmosphere
