Senior Consultant in Contract Management

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a Senior Referent:in contract management (w/m/d) for the DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH at the Stuttgart site. In this function, you play a central role in the contractual and economic implementation and control of complex infrastructure projects. You are fully responsible for essential handling and reporting issues and are consistently developing them in the sense of data-driven, transparent and predictive control models. In doing so, you combine commercial project execution with classic controlling approaches and modern technologies such as Power BI and Artificial Intelligence to create resilient decision bases for project management and management. Your tasks: You are responsible for the commercial processing (order & settlement process, cost planning, controlling) of centrally managed contracts of the company → proper commercial contract processing In addition, you work in the team to process the commercial settlement (bases of premium determination, cost planning, controlling) of the insurance contracts of the company → predictive basic determination, planning and processing of insurance contracts In doing so, you will ensure the procurement of centrally managed contracts and framework contracts of the company (together with the stakeholders and the purchase) → transparent and timely procurement and control of framework agreements In addition, you monitor and control the process execution in accordance with the law, including the statutory audits in the company → Ensure legal and internal requirements for the award process You will also independently develop control solutions, overviews and evaluations (with data from existing systems such as SAP, iTWO, Doxis, Mydocma MM etc.) using MS Power BI and MS SharePoint You participate in strategic tasks, rules and special topics of the higher-level contract and insurance management and develop creative and individual solutions and processes → Further development of processes, methods and tools in the sense of modern contract and insurance management The independent development and implementation of audits will be done by you, in cooperation with many relevant stakeholders → Development and implementation of measures to further develop project management tasks and functions
