Design the future of HR with us - with SAP SuccessFactors, modern HR Tech and AI! We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, who brings both technical know-how and consulting skills - and is keen to successfully implement HR transformations with well-known customers: women with state-of-the-art technologies and AI Agents for HR. You can do a variety of tasks: Advice and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting/Onboarding) and integration with SAP ERP and third-party systems as well as support in data migration and workflow conception / configuration Support for customers: in the use of new technologies such as AI Agents for HR (e.g. recruiting, learning, employee experience) as well as the implementation of workshops, training and stakeholder management Mentoring of Junior Consultants and, if necessary, managing subprojects

At least three years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors (including configuration & customizing) and certification in at least one of the SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, further modules) as well as project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus Width HR Tech Knowledge: Experience with other HCM systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP HCM on-premise) of advantage and interest and, if necessary, first experience in using AI in HR Funded understanding of HR processes (e.g. talent management, payroll, time, recruiting, performance management, German labour laws), strong consulting and communication skills (ability to translate complex requirements into solutions and to work with C-level stakeholders) and very good German knowledge (mind. B2/C1) and fluent English
