Strategic process control: You coordinate workflows and personnel deployment planning and actively contribute to the development of an efficient and future-oriented work organisation. Motivating team leadership: You lead employees to assessing, targeting and strengthening the professional and personal development of your team. Quality-oriented responsibility: You ensure high quality standards in patient care, contribute to quality management and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements. Economic resource planning: You act economically, support the care management in investment projects and ensure responsible handling of personnel and material resources. Sustainable personnel development: You accompany trainees professionally, develop integration and further training concepts, conduct employee talks and actively engage in cross-departmental working groups and conferences.

You have completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or a comparable nursing qualification. You have already successfully completed the training for the management of a care unit or are ready to complete it in a timely manner. You bring multi-year professional and ideally leadership experience in the nursing environment and understand the motivation and appreciation of employees. You are characterized by a friendly and sovereign appearance, pronounced planning and organisational skills and an independent, responsible way of working.
